Q: What is Staging?

A- Staging is creating an environment using your existing belongings, adding little touches, making your home “eye candy” for potential buyers and a more enjoyable living space for you and your family.

Q: How much does it cost to get organized with S.O.S.?

A: Hourly rates start at $80* with a minimum of 5 hrs per visit. An optional 1hr Consultation at your home to view space and discuss how we can recreate your space to sell or stay. *The fee increases based on distance and travel time outside of the Rye/Harrison/Greenwich/Stamford area.

Q: How long will it take to complete the organization process?

A: Various factors determine the length of time required to complete a project. In addition, certain clients opt to use S.O.S. on a regular basis to maintain their level of organization. It is a personal journey!

Q: What supplies should I purchase?

A: Our initial session requires heavy duty garbage bags for any fun purging that is done. As someone who is eco-friendly, Carolina prefers to use what is already in the client’s possession. Often times homes and offices have many functioning supplies that can be re-purposed within the living or working space. New supplies may be necessary, which will be determined during the visit.

Q: What do we do if other resources are needed?

A: Carolina has a variety of resources at her fingertips. If you need a painter, a cleaning person, a caterer, a photographer, she knows just the person.
